Juliet Simon gets herself into all kinds of situations, but breaking into the scary mansion near her college campus has got to take the cake. When she finds more than she bargains for behind closed doors, will her fear take over, or will she fall for the beast?

Kane Viscardi is unlike other vampires. He’s spent most of his time hiding away and is alone in the world without a mate. Until one night when there’s an unexpected knock at the door. Suddenly something awakens inside of him for the first time in a century.

Warning: It’s the first time we’ve written vampires, so go easy on us. Enjoy this brand new series that features a coven of five and read about how all of them find love

Review:

Ever since I read the Fairytale Shifter series by Alexa Riley, I have been hoping they would do a Vampire series as well. I am so happy they finally listened to me and many others because this book was so good! The first book sets the tone for the whole series and I can tell this will be one heck of series.

Juliet grew up in the system but she has a heart of gold and likes to help people even at her own risk. Then we have Kane who is pretty much a loner and thinks he’s no good because of his scars. A vampire who is somewhat insecure of his flaws. I. Love. It. Don’t worry he’s still possessive of his lady but it’s cute to see that other side of him as well.

I do have to say I love the spin Alexa Riley put on this vampire story and it was a nice change up. When you read one vampire book, it feels like you have read them all but I like their spin on vampires. This series will be focused on 5 vampires and I can’t wait to read about Ravana and to also catch up with Kane and Juliet.
