My Review:

I’ve been not so patiently waiting for this book since Rebel Heir left me with my mouth wide open. We picked up right where we left off and this book didn’t miss a beat. The whole time I was reading my heart was in my throat. This book could gone so MANY ways and I’m so happy that authors didn’t make it predictable. I’m not sure how it’s possible but I fell in love with Rush even more in this story. He has a heart of gold and I love it! Gia was still my sassy girl and she was so strong despite her circumstances. I really enjoyed this duet because the authors wrote characters that you couldn’t help but love with relatable issues as well. This book touched on so many topics and I found myself highlighting passages and nodding my head in agreement. This duet hands down has become my favorite book written by Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland.
