I was absolutely engrossed with the FBI Agent, Lilah Love. She’s not just any Agent but a Serial Profiler. Lilah has a knack in getting into the minds of a killer. To what makes them tick of the who, what and why. But the current case that she is working on brings her back to her hometown in the Hampton’s. With her family being well known and influential, being back home brings the killer to her doorstep. Doesn’t help that her Ex (Kane)was crime lord’s son. Kane is dangerous and powerful in which no one crosses him. The chemistry and passion between Kane and Lilah is off the charts.

This is one of the many reasons why I love LRJ romantic suspense reads. So many twists and turns. I cannot wait to see what happens next.
