Shelly’s Review:

For a debut novel this story was okay. The plot was different. I liked the premise of a secret government agency and all that comes along with the territory. I liked the main character, Jason, who was such a protector especially given past history. Jason was always looking out for his family and friends and it was nice. I liked the secondary characters that we met along this story as well. The last few chapters had me entertained and I’m curious to see what will happen in the next book. I feel like once the author gets more writing experience under her belt this series can be a lot better. It does have a lot of potential!
