He’s playing for the heart she’s had sidelined for years.

IVY HAYES

Dating can be a rocky journey. Once the new shine wears off, you may end up with a case of buyer’s remorse.

That’s where I come in. I set the backdrop and coach you through the breakup.

Don't want overblown drama, hard feelings, or a drink tossed in your face? Then I'm your fairy godmother, child.

BECKET JONES

As an NFL quarterback, endorsement ads and the media pandering after me are all part of the game.

Ivy Hayes is the first woman who doesn't care about my money and the notoriety that goes along with it.

But I'm a long-term guy, and she operates strictly in the now. Which means I need to bring my A-game.

Otherwise, I’ll end up getting ditched.

Beth’s Review:

Ditched is a Touchdown and MVP all wrapped in one. I love sports romance reads and Ditched was the Super Bowl of all the swoon worthy men. Beckett and Ivy are quite a match.  Full of humor, charisma, charming, chemistry, romance and the list could go on.  RC Boldt definitely didn’t disappoint.
Ivy had a rough childhood that didn’t put love on a positive light.  Staying true to her words, she created a business to help people breakup from relationships.  She kept her life private and barely showed her true side.  All that came crashing down when she was introduced to Beckett.
Beckett is determined to find the woman of his dreams.  When he was set up with Ivy and had some  mutual friends, he knew he wanted her.  Beckett knew he had to take baby steps with Ivy when it came to a relationship.  Beckett was an open book and Ivy was a steal door.   He knew he had the patience, but could all that hard work be for nothing?
Being a great guy, always there for his teammates and volunteers his time to young kids playing football.  Beckett loved being the QB for the Jaguars.  His reputation was all on the line with one allegation.  Could Ivy finally be open enough to set the record straight and show how she truly felt towards Beckett?  Could she finally say from Ditched to Hitched?
I absolutely loved everything about Ditched.  Beautifully written and the characters were fabulous.  I let myself go and got immersed with them.  Way to go RC Boldt.
