Review Tour: When August Ends by Penelope Ward
Review:
This book has been one of my anticipated reads of February. I really liked Heather and how optimistic she is especially with the crappy hand she has been dealt as of late. Noah was older and broody but there was another side to him and I loved peeling back the layers.
I do have to say this story had me on one wild ride. My emotions were running high the last few chapters and I couldn’t stop tearing up as I read.
Penelope Ward continues to amaze me with her writing and storytelling. Whenever I read a book by Ward, I know it will be a unique and refreshing story. The characters are always relatable no matter what walk of life they are from and the storytelling just sucks you in from beginning right until to the very end.
