I’m not going to lie I wasn’t a fan of the first book but I had to see what was going to happen with Drew and Courtney. And I’m happy to report this book was AMAZING!! The story intrigued me and the writing was spot on!! Everything just flowed and this story left me with a big smile on my face. Drew and Courtney are trying to pick up the pieces after Vegas. But there is one problem. Mia. Talk about a crazy ex who can’t get the hint!! This book had so many twist and turns that I didn’t see coming at all!! I loved the suspense and that feeling in my stomach I got from reading. Kennedy Fox does a great job of keeping you on edge and waiting for the other shoe to drop. What I also loved about this book was that I was able to connect to Drew and Courtney. With the last book I had a hard time connecting to them and the story. This book I was completely invested and engrossed with this couple. This was one of the best friends to lovers books I’ve read in a long time and I can’t wait to read about Logan and Kayla next!
