Synopsis
Seven years is supposed to change the way you feel.

Sophie’s not supposed to still dream about the way Liam touched her or the way they moved together. When she heads back to Naugatuck Island, she assumes Liam doesn’t even live there any more. Whatever he once felt, it has to have grown cold by now.

But Liam’s a firefighter. He knows better than anyone, never underestimate the power of a blaze. Those embers may appear cold, but nothing is ever as it seems.

Those embers? They’re just waiting to burst into flames.

Goodreads

Sophie had grace, poise and determination to become the best.  Aspiring ballet dancer growing up on a Naugatuck Island had her practicing and trying out for dance companies. Even though her heart was on ballet she also had her heart on Liam.
Liam was one of her brother’s friends.  She was his shadow.  But Liam always gravitated toward Sophia.  Sophia and Liam were both young.  Her dreams were for the bright lights of New York.  But when she listened to some ill advice, she broke up and broke his heart.   With being a professional dancer, Sophia didn’t love to dance anymore.  With the daily grind of training and broken toes, she decided to retire and move back to Naugatuck.  She wanted to find her happiness.   When the day she discovers Liam still lives on the Island, she couldn’t believe her eyes.  To say he was shocked to see her was an understatement.  And let’s say she will not be told what she should and should not do.  With a start of a working relationship, their feelings and their past come to the present.
I enjoyed All of Me.  Their chemistry and her willing to try something new for the man she loved.  This was the first time reading from Callie Harper.
