I just loved Love Broken. Love Broken gives you a glimpse of the book signing world. You have the die hard readers meeting their favorite authors. And with some novels, they resonate deep with the readers. They give you the bravery and courage to make changes in their life. This is exactly what happened when Katie Beller wrote her best selling book. But she should have taken out her own page and followed her own advice. Love trumps everything.
Katie Beller (Bailey Swan) takes the indie world by storm. With being new into this crazy book world, she was amazed by the readers who showed up to her first signing. How people were effected by her words and changed their lives. Meeting new readers, Katie also meet other participants and models. One model caught her attention and he stood out of the crowd. Charlie Bates was in NHL trying to break out from the minors. With a modeling gig on the side, book signing kept him busy. He was immediately drawn to Katie. With her quick banter and whit, their chemistry and passion were sizzling up the room. With book signings together, the secret glances and phone calls opened a door for a relationship. But Katie should have taken her own advice to protect her heart.
I enjoyed everything with Love Broken. Katie and Charlie characters were fun, uplifting and strong. I became a fan of JD Hollyfield and will definitely be reading more of their work.
