I normally stay away from dark reads but something about this book peaked my interest! So I braced myself and put on my big girl panties. This book was AMAZING!!! Like who knew a dark read could be so GOOD!!!!! Part of me couldn’t stop reading and another part was like why are you doing this to yourself!!

 Tasmin is kidnapped and sold as a sex slave. Her names is changed to Pimlico. Her new owner Master A  aka Alrik is the devil himself!! The way he treats Pim made me sick to my stomach!! How could someone be so EVIL??!! We also have Elder Prest who could be an ally or enemy. He is intrigued by Pim but he also is fighting why he feels the way he feels when it comes to her. I’m honestly on the fence with him and hoping in the future books we can get more of a backstory.

That ending was something else!! I don’t want to give anything away but those last few chapters had me HOOK, LINE and SINKER!! This book sucked me right in and I couldn’t stop reading. Laundry was forgotten, dinner wasn’t cooked, who needs sleep?! Anybody who isn’t sure if they can handle dark reads pleases consider reading this book! I was so scared but so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and read a book I normally wouldn’t have thought twice about!! Well done Pepper Winters! #TeamDarkSide
