Blog Tour+Review: Up In Smoke by T.M. Frazier
Up in Smoke, an all-new gritty standalone romance from USA Today bestselling author T.M. Frazier is LIVE!
I’m a man without a conscience.
I deal in murder and mayhem.
I’m the best at what I do.
Frankie Helburn is supposed to be an easy job.
A means to flush her father out of hiding.
Simple.
Except there isn’t anything simple about Frankie or the secrets she’s keeping.
She’s stubborn as hell and the sexiest god damn thing I have ever seen, sending dark, dirty animalistic desire coursing through my veins.
She’s cocaine with legs. A f*cking addiction that makes me question things I’ve never questioned before. Want things I’ve never wanted before.
I might have her, but she isn’t mine to keep.
If her father doesn’t show his face, she will be mine.
To KILL.
** Other books in the King Series DO NOT have to be read to enjoy Smoke’s book. Up in Smoke can be read as a standalone. **
I’ve been waiting for Smoke forever and he’s finally here. T.M. didn’t disappoint me in Up In Smoke. She had me on the edge of my seat for this amazing ride. This raw, intense, emotional dark read will have you looking for justice, redemption and falling love in the most unconventional way. Smoke and Frankie have this intense connection from the beginning.
Smoke is hunting for a killer. Specifically a man who ripped away his whole existence. As an experienced tracker, he couldn’t track the man down but he did find his daughter, Frankie. With kidnapping her, he would lure him in and make him pay. However, Smoke didn’t expect this little Hellion. She made him feel things he never felt before.
Frankie was always looking over her shoulder. With changing her name, age and keeping a low profile but no one knew that Frankie was keeping a secret. With Smoke capturing her, he not only captured her secrets but also her heart. They both learned for from another. Her love for him was so strong, Frankie sacrificed herself for Smoke.
I absolutely loved Up In Smoke. We also saw King, Preppy, Bear and Rage. With their help, Smoke found himself not just a woman who he loved but a family.

I’m going to keep this review short and sweet.
Smoke is everything. I’ve been waiting a long time for his story and this book was definitely worth the wait. I loved the push and pull between Smoke and Frankie. They have explosive chemistry and I loved how strong Frankie was given her circumstances. I did enjoy getting more back story on Smoke as well. Reading his story about his upbringing made me want to hug him. Especially when we find out the reason behind his nickname.
This book was definitely kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved the suspense aspect of the story and wasn’t expecting the plot twists that Frazier delivered throughout this story. My jaw dropped at one part and I was like that how you do it! One of my favorite things about this story was that we received closure and I need that in this book and Frazier didn’t let me down. I enjoyed catching up with this colorful cast of characters. It was like catching up with old friends. This was a well written story that I’m so sad it’s over but as I stated before it was definitely worth the wait. So much for keeping this review short and sweet……
