My 💭:⠀
I was hesitant about this book because I didn’t like “I Know Who You Are” but I saw a lot of praise on Instagram and decided to give it a shot. After listening I should have just stuck with my original plans. I didn’t care for Jack or Anna. I found them both to be bland and the story line concerning them was so predictable. ⠀
⠀
One of the victims in this story is a queer coded person who was preying on her fellow underage classmates for her own gain. This part of the book didn’t sit well with me at all. Please check out @crofteereader review who breaks it down better than I can when it comes to this subject. ⠀
⠀
For what it’s worth I couldn’t figure out the killer was until the big reveal. I had three people of interest and I was wrong about them all. When the killer is revealed along with their motives I was let down big time. ⠀
⠀
The audio book production was one of the best ones I listen to in a long time. The killers voice gave me legit chills every time I listened to their point of view. ⠀
