Ty...

Ten years ago I offered her everything, and she threw it back in my face. When she walked, I vowed no other woman would ever screw with my head the way she did. I moved on. Now I'm the V.P. of the Bastards, run my own nightclub, and nameless sex keeps me sane. No commitment or ties, just the way I like it.

Now she's back, for one week only, gorgeous, successful, and I can't keep away. She offers a long goodbye, a way to heal our fractured past. She burned me so bad––there's no way I should even want to be near her. But the more she gives, the more I need. Until I discover the real reason she left, and my whole damn world implodes...

Beth’s Review:

Second chances to rekindle love affairs.  And Burned was all that and more.  I was going in blind with the series, especially when I wasn’t aware of any characters.  However, Christina Phillips wrote it smoothly, descriptive and the premise was overall good.
When you live and breathe the MC life, it’s hard for you to get away from the life.  And especially was true for Ty.  And the only way out was one foot in the grave. But one girl got away and she was his game changer.  Jas had to leave.  Her childhood was extremely difficult.  But Ty made it easier until it didn’t.  Fast forward years and death, Jas is back to settle her mom’s affairs.  And that’s not the only thing the is rekindled.  Jas and Ty reunited and the missing past years felt like it was yesterday.  When Ty discovers the reason why Jas left, his purpose is to avenge and to remove himself from the MC.  Love will do that to you.
