Vincent
Through every drop of blood I spilled, I lost a piece of my soul. I’ve sacrificed seven long years and the woman of my life for the Family. With prison behind me, I’m finally taking the reins of my destiny. I won’t allow the choices of my past to define my future. But I’m not done fighting—not yet.

Eve is still out there.

I will stop at nothing to get her back.

Eve
After having my heart torn out by the son of the biggest crime family in New York, I was forced to start over in California. With three thousand miles between me and my past, life is finally set on cruise control. I’m a lawyer at one of the best law firms in the country, I own my apartment, and I even have a doting boyfriend by my side.

As for love?

It’s not worth the fight.

*Redemption (Vincent and Eve Book 3) is the final book in the Vincent and Eve trilogy. You must read Rising (Vincent and Eve Book 1) and Reckoning (Vincent and Eve Book 2) in order to enjoy the conclusion of this heart-stopping romance.

My Review:

I’ve been waiting for the last book in this trilogy and it was so good. We pick up several years later after everything is said and done. I really liked that the author fast forward to the future. Seeing Vincent’s and Eve’s growth was awesome. They weren’t the same people we met in “Rising” and I love when characters grow. This book was such a delicious slow burn and I liked that Eve made Vincent work for her forgiveness. Vincent became the man he was destined to be and I loved the 180 he did in this book. I must say the last few chapters of the this book felt like a wild ride! I had no idea what was going to happen and my heart was racing! I’m usually not a fan of trilogies because they tend to loose steam but that was not the case with these books. Ruben’s writing has only gotten better and I’m so looking forward to her future projects. I’m so sad the story is over but I enjoyed the ride and I won’t forget about these characters for a long time.
